Our Heritage

What has become now known as Mulder Property Management isn’t where their story began. It started with their founder David Mulder and a dream for a place vehicles could be repaired and restored. This later became known as Collision Centers of America.

His business prowess and expertise helped to grow the company to twenty-four collision centers and five auto repair facilities. Although, the real business contribution was in the culture of his company that was centered on customers. They sought to understand their customers’ needs as real people that are experiencing the unexpected. So, they offered a level of service that was built on the honesty of handshake, and professionalism of getting it right.

After the sale of the Collision Centers in 2014, this same culture carried forward into Mulder Property Management, as a group of investors had a vision for how they could be a resource to people in real estate. They again saw a need that people had and sought to meet it through services like grounds and maintenance to even helping to purchase, manage, or even fill properties with tenants.

Over the years, Mulder Property Management has helped real people make great returns in a highly competitive and volatile market. To them it's about the relationship more than just dollars and cents, although they know that’s important for you too.

Management

Mulder Property Management staff handles all aspects of the building maintenance of building and grounds including roofing issues, heating & air conditioning repairs and replacements, parking lot paving and maintenance, snow removal, landscape servicing etc.

As a full service management firm, we work with realtors in the various areas we have ownership to find qualified tenants for our properties.

We also handle all the financial aspects of the properties including generating monthly distribution checks, financing, refinancing, incorporation and organization of each company, year-end tax return filings and K1 distribution. Over the years, our investors have enjoyed a high rate of return on their original investments as most of our properties generate regular monthly cash distributions while they gain equity as mortgage balances are paid down.

Mulder Property Management has historically been involved in purchasing and managing commercial buildings including single tenant buildings, multi-tenant buildings and small malls.  Our Mulder Property Investment Group is always open to new opportunities and will help you every step of the way.

 

Investing
